The mayor of Dnipro, Filatov, discussed the aftermath of the nighttime attack on the city.

The nighttime attack on Dnipro has left a profound impact on the hearts of the residents of this peaceful city. Dnipro's mayor, Boris Filatov, shared details about the extent of the damage on social media, as reported by "Vydomo".

The official emphasized that municipal services began their work at dawn. The areas surrounding the damaged buildings have already been cleared of debris.

The scale of the damage is significant. According to the mayor, nine multi-story residential buildings were affected. Two of them suffered severe roof damage, necessitating extensive restoration work. The total number of shattered windows has exceeded 130.

Central heating, electricity, and water supply have been restored in almost all of the damaged buildings. The only exception is one apartment building located at the epicenter of the explosion. In this building, the ventilation ducts were destroyed, which has led to a prolonged gas supply outage.

Alongside the restoration of municipal networks, specialists are assessing the condition of the load-bearing structures of the damaged building. The results of the examination will determine the restoration plan for the roof of the building.
