On Saturday, January 18, public transport in Dnipro will operate with changes, as reported by "Vidomo" citing the transport department.
Due to the repair of the tram crossing at the intersection of Lesya Ukrainka Avenue and Battalion Dnipro Boulevard, there will be modifications in the operation of public transport:
- Trolleybus No. 4 heading towards Soborna Square will continue to operate via 128th Brigade of Territorial Defense Street – Dmytro Yavornytsky Avenue, and then follow its route;
- Trolleybus "A" heading towards Heroes of Maidan Square will continue to operate via Lesya Ukrainka Avenue – 128th Brigade of Territorial Defense Street – Dmytro Yavornytsky Avenue, and then follow its route;
- Trams No. 5 and No. 12 will operate on full routes with a stop at Mykola Rudenko Street towards Stepan Bandera Street;
- Tram No. 17 has temporarily suspended operations;
- Buses No. 32, No. 32K, No. 33, No. 40, No. 73, No. 87A, and No. 109 heading from the Railway Station will follow the route: Stepan Bandera Street – Volodymyr Antonovych Street – Battalion Dnipro Boulevard – Lesya Ukrainka Avenue, and then continue on their routes.
Due to the demolition of emergency structures at the house on Vokzalna Square, the final stops have been relocated:
- Bus routes No. 7K and No. 101 to Dmytro Yavornytsky Avenue, near house 108;
- Bus route No. 32K, trolleybus route B, and tram route No. 1 to Vokzalna Square near house 2;
- Bus route No. 86 to 128th Brigade of Territorial Defense Street near house 2.
All other public transport routes will operate as per the regular weekend schedule.
A total of 145 units of electric transport will be deployed on the routes.
Additionally, there will be 91 bus routes operating in the city with a total of 568 buses (of which 72 are large capacity).
