Emergency power outages across Ukraine were canceled on the morning of January 15. These outages had been implemented in response to a massive attack from Russia.

DTEK noted that as of 9:00 AM, emergency restrictions had been lifted in the Dnipropetrovsk and Donetsk regions.
It is also known that, following the directive of "Ukrenergo," emergency outages were canceled in the Kirovohrad and Poltava regions as well.
It is worth mentioning that emergency restrictions were implemented throughout Ukraine on the morning of January 15 due to the missile attack from Russia. Not all regions experienced outages. The restrictions affected the Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Kharkiv, Sumy, Poltava, Zaporizhzhia, and Kirovohrad regions.
On the night of January 15, Russian forces launched missiles at Ukraine. The Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported the takeoff of a group of Tu-95MS from the Olenya airfield in the Murmansk region of Russia.
The movement of cruise missiles was observed in the northern, southern, central, and western regions.
It is known that the Russians directed missiles at the Ivano-Frankivsk region. The target was critical infrastructure. Additionally, the occupiers attacked the energy infrastructure in the Lviv region.
