Former head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration, Viktor Bondar, did not pay the bail of 100 million UAH set by the High Anti-Corruption Court (VAKS) in the case regarding the "schemes" at "Ukrzaliznytsia," as reported by "Vidomo" citing Ukrinform.
"The member of parliament did not pay the bail amounting to 100 million UAH, which was assigned by the investigating judge," said VAKS spokesperson Olesya Chemeris.
The bail was determined on January 24, and Bondar was required to pay it within five days.
At the same time, the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office appealed the preventive measure against Bondar to the High Anti-Corruption Court. The hearing of the appeal is scheduled for February 12.
