Eastern battles: Russian forces have obliterated Ukrainian positions near Chasiv Yar and Toretsk.

Russian forces have destroyed several positions of the Defense Forces in eastern Ukraine. This concerns positions near Chasiv Yar and Toretsk in the Donetsk region.

This information was reported by RBK-Ukraine citing a summary from the Operational-Strategic Group of Troops "Khortytsia".

Ukrainian military officials note that in the Kramatorsk direction, the enemy attacked the positions of the Defense Forces in Chasiv Yar and towards Stupochky, while in the Toretsk direction, they assaulted fortifications towards Shcherbynivka and in Toretsk.

"As a result of the fire impact, some of our positions were destroyed," reported the OSUV "Khortytsia".

Ukrainian defenders are taking measures to prevent any deterioration of the tactical situation in the indicated areas.

Situation at the Front

Russian troops continue their offensive actions at the front. The most challenging areas remain the Pokrovsk, Kurakhove, and Lyman directions. Recently, fighting has intensified around Chasiv Yar and Toretsk. It was previously reported that the Russians destroyed the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces near these cities.

According to representatives of the Defense Forces, Russia has concentrated 150,000 soldiers in the Pokrovsk, Kurakhove, and Vremivka directions.
