On December 30, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky signed decrees for the dismissal of the heads of the Kyiv and Poltava regional military administrations - Ruslan Kravchenko and Philipp Pronin.
This was reported by RBK-Ukraine, citing the relevant decrees from the president.
"To dismiss Kravchenko Ruslan Andreevich from the position of head of the Kyiv Regional State Administration according to his submitted application," states decree №887/2024.
Additionally, the president signed decree №888/2024 for the dismissal of Pronin Philipp Evgenievich from the position of head of the Poltava OVA in accordance with his submitted application.
It is still unknown who will be appointed to these positions.
Recall that on December 28, the Cabinet of Ministers approved the dismissal of two heads of regional military administrations - Kyiv and Poltava.
Ruslan Kravchenko was appointed as head of the Kyiv OVA in April 2023. He was born in 1990 in Severodonetsk, Luhansk region. Before this, Kravchenko headed the Bucha District Prosecutor's Office in Kyiv region, serving in that role until 2023.
The decree for the appointment of Philipp Pronin was signed by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky on October 10, 2023. He was born in 1982 in Kyiv. Prior to this, Pronin was the deputy chairman of the National Agency of Ukraine for the Detection, Investigation, and Management of Assets Obtained from Corruption and Other Crimes.
