Zelensky after meeting with the U.S. delegation: We're ready to pursue peace and are awaiting Kellogg's arrival.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky held a meeting with U.S. Vice President JD Vance. He highlighted several key points following the meeting.

This was reported by RBK-Ukraine, citing the president's website and Telegram channel.

"I had a productive meeting with U.S. Vice President JD Vance. I am grateful to him and his entire team for the discussion, which also included Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Special Representative General Keith Kellogg," - he stated.

In particular, the teams from Ukraine and the United States agreed to continue working on preparing a document regarding economic partnership between the countries, and the parties discussed several key issues.

"We addressed many key issues and look forward to General Kellogg's visit to Ukraine for further meetings and a more in-depth assessment of the situation on the ground," - the president noted.

Zelensky emphasized that Ukraine is ready to move as quickly as possible towards a real, guaranteed peace.

"We are ready to move towards a real and guaranteed peace as soon as possible. We sincerely appreciate President Trump's determination, which can help stop the war and provide Ukraine with justice and security guarantees," - he stated.

The president also thanked the U.S. Vice President and his entire team for the productive meeting.

"This is our first meeting. It will not be the last, I am sure. What we truly need is to talk more, work more, and prepare a plan to stop Putin and end the war. We really want peace, but we need real security guarantees. And we will continue our meetings and our work," - Zelensky concluded.

Partnership Agreement with the U.S.

Recently, the U.S. presented a draft agreement on natural resources to Ukraine. It was noted that the agreement itself could be reached at the Munich conference.

As of today, February 14, according to RBK-Ukraine, Ukraine has revised the partnership agreement with the U.S. regarding rare earth metals. The draft memorandum has been submitted to the American side.
