Zelensky appointed the commander of the 93rd Brigade as the deputy head of the Office of the President.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has appointed Colonel Pavlo Palisa as the Deputy Head of the President's Office. He is the commander of the 93rd Cold Yar Brigade.

The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, has decided to appoint Colonel Pavlo Palisa as the Deputy Head of the President's Office. He is the commander of the 93rd Brigade "Kholodny Yar".

This was reported by RBK-Ukraine citing the evening address of the head of the Ukrainian state.

"I also appointed Colonel Pavlo Palisa as the Deputy Head of the Office," he stated.

According to the president, Palisa is a combat commander of the 93rd Brigade "Kholodny Yar," who has a clear understanding of what is happening in the brigades and on the front lines.

"I need exactly such a person to receive accurate information directly from the front on a daily basis," Zelensky added.

It is worth noting that Pavlo Palisa was born into a military family.

In 2007, he graduated from the Lviv Institute of Land Forces of the National University "Lviv Polytechnic."

In 2019, he completed the Command and Staff Institute of the National Defense University of Ukraine.

At the time of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, he was studying at the Command and General Staff College of the United States Army but interrupted his studies.

In 2022, he commanded the 5th Separate Assault Regiment.

In 2023, he became the commander of the 93rd Separate Mechanized Brigade "Kholodny Yar." He participated in the battles for Bakhmut.
