This year, the Russian Federation (RF) plans to mobilize over 126 thousand soldiers from the "special contingent." These individuals include those with debts, those incarcerated, and others facing various issues.

This information comes from RBK-Ukraine, citing the Telegram channel of the Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR) of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

According to GUR, to replenish losses in 2025, Russia intends to mobilize at least 126 thousand soldiers from the so-called "special contingent" for the war. This refers to Russians who are serving sentences in prisons, are under investigation, have outstanding debts, and face other problems.

On average, to cover its losses, the terrorist state plans to mobilize 10 thousand individuals from the "special contingent" each month.

"Overall, to replace the losses of existing military units and formations in the war against Ukraine, the aggressor state Russia aims to mobilize at least 280 thousand occupiers in 2025," adds Ukrainian intelligence.

Russia's Losses in the War

Since the beginning of the full-scale war, Russia has lost over 835 thousand soldiers.

Specifically, in the fighting in the Kursk region, the enemy has recruited military personnel from North Korea. Recently, Western media reported that Russia has lost around 4000 "DPRK" soldiers killed and wounded. At the same time, there is a possibility that the enemy will send reinforcements to the Kursk region in the near future.
