There is currently a malfunction in the operation of the Privat24 mobile application today, November 18, in the evening. The Privat24 website is also functioning incorrectly.

Users are complaining that they cannot log into Privat24 from either their phones or their laptops or PCs.
Moreover, when trying to log into their account on the website, an error message "Authorization denied" appears.
So far, "PrivatBank" has not provided an official reason for the malfunction. However, users are reporting that scheduled maintenance is being conducted.
PrivatBank explained the reasons for the technical work
"Currently, there are difficulties with the operation of some bank services. Our specialists are already working on resolving the issue. Please try to perform the necessary operation later. Thank you for your understanding and patience," the message states.
It is worth noting that "PrivatBank" usually notifies users about scheduled maintenance.
For instance, on October 19, users were informed that the application would not be operational on the night of October 20.
The company explained that scheduled maintenance is necessary to ensure uninterrupted operation and the security of transactions with payment cards.
Previously, scheduled maintenance was conducted on the night of September 22.
