When asked what concessions the U.S. expects from Russian dictator Vladimir Putin, U.S. National Security Advisor Mike Waltz noted that these could be territorial in exchange for future security guarantees.

"We can't get any specifics from the Ukrainians, but it's clear that there will be some form of territorial concessions for future security guarantees," he emphasized.

He also mentioned that security guarantees from the U.S. "will be a subject of negotiations" and stated that the United States does not see Ukraine as a NATO member.

"One thing is clear - we do not see Ukraine in NATO, because that would automatically involve American troops (in Ukraine, - ed.)," he stressed.

Recall that earlier today, U.S. National Security Advisor Mike Waltz stated that as of now, the U.S. does not see Ukraine as a NATO member.
