On the night of January 11, Russian occupiers attacked the Kirovohrad region with drones. As a result of the attack, power lines and homes were damaged.
This was reported by RBK-Ukraine, citing the head of the Kirovohrad Regional State Administration, Andrei Raikovich, on Telegram.
According to him, air defense forces were active in the region during the night. In the Alexandrovka community, damage to windows and roofs of several private houses was recorded. Additionally, a power line pole was also damaged.
A crew from the local energy company "Kirovohradoblenergo" has already begun to address the aftermath.
According to the head of the Kirovohrad Regional State Administration, there were no casualties.
Russian troops attack Ukraine daily with strike drones. This night was no exception. The Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported on enemy drone launches as early as the evening of January 10.
Movements of Russian drones were recorded in the Chernihiv, Sumy, Poltava, Kyiv, Cherkasy, Kirovohrad, Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Mykolaiv, and Kherson regions.
In Kyiv, on the night of January 11, an air raid alert was also declared due to the drone threat. Recall that last night, drone debris fell in the capital, damaging a high-rise building.
