The objectives of the airstrike on Russian territory during the night of January 10 included, among other things, camouflaged military facilities. These were targeted in the Rostov and Leningrad regions.

This was stated by the head of the Center for Countering Disinformation (CCD), Andrei Kovalenko, as reported by RBK-Ukraine citing his post on Telegram.

"Russia is disguising military factories as ordinary ones, trying to conceal their actual production. But everything is known," Kovalenko wrote.

It should be noted that an airstrike was carried out on Russian territory during the night of January 10. In particular, explosions were reported in the Rostov region. According to Russian channels, several facilities were attacked. Specifically, in the village of Krym, it appears that a drone strike hit the "PlastFaktor" factory. Relevant footage has been shared online.

Another location with footage of fires was the city of Gatchina in the Leningrad region. Local residents heard dull explosions, after which a massive column of smoke was visible several kilometers from the scene. The fire in the industrial zone broke out around 6 AM on Industrial Street. The exact causes of the incident are unknown.

Subsequently, the Ministry of Emergency Situations confirmed that a building in the industrial zone was on fire over an area of 1,600 square kilometers in the Leningrad region.

It is worth recalling that Ukraine began striking Russian oil facilities only in 2024. This was done with the aim of depriving the enemy of resources and reducing the flow of oil money and fuel that the Russian Federation directs directly towards the war, towards the killing of Ukrainian citizens. In addition to oil refineries and fuel depots, Ukraine is also attacking military factories, airbases, and ammunition depots.
