The Russian forces are continuing their intense offensive in the Pokrovsk direction, according to the General Staff.

As of the evening of December 25, there have been 211 combat clashes reported on the front. Russian occupiers continue to launch intense attacks in the Pokrovsk direction.

This information comes from RBK-Ukraine, citing the Facebook page of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

According to the General Staff, the enemy has carried out one missile strike and 12 airstrikes using 78 missiles and 29 guided aerial bombs (GABs), 690 kamikaze drone strikes, and conducted over 4,500 shellings of Ukrainian military positions and civilian areas using various types of weaponry.

In the Kharkiv direction, there were three combat clashes with Russian invaders near Volchansk.

In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy attempted to push our units from their positions near Dvorichna, Pyschany, Kolesnykivka, and Lozova seven times. One clash is ongoing.

Twenty-six attacks were recorded in the Lyman direction, as the enemy tried to advance towards Novoehorivka, Kopanky, Zelenyi Hai, Makeevka, Ternovy, Yampolivka, the Serebryansky forest, and Druzhelyubivka. The settlements of Nadiya and Zelenyi Hai were struck by enemy unguided rockets.

In the Seversk direction, our forces repelled two enemy attacks near Bilohorivka.

In the Kramatorsk direction, Defense Forces repelled 11 enemy attempts to advance near the settlements of Stupochky, Chasiv Yar, and Belya Hora.

The enemy made 12 attempts to breach our defenses in the Toretsk direction. Since the start of the day, the occupiers received strong resistance from our defenders in the areas of Toretsk, Diliivka, and Shcherbinivka on eight occasions. Four attacks are still ongoing.

The enemy is actively attacking Ukrainian defenders in the Pokrovsk direction. Throughout the day, the aggressor launched 55 assault and offensive operations. The highest activity of Russian occupiers remains in the areas of the settlements of Zelenoe Pole, Vozdvizhenska, Myrolyubivka, Luch, Lisovka, Dachenske, Pokrovsk, Novyi Trud, Zelenoe, and Novotroitske.

Ukrainian defenders have already repelled 47 attacks in this direction, with another eight clashes currently ongoing. At the same time, the enemy conducted airstrikes with GABs on the settlements of Pokrovsk and Kotlyno.

Today, the enemy's losses in this direction amounted to 276 personnel, with 149 of them being irretrievable. Fourteen vehicles, two ATVs, one anti-tank guided missile system, and one mortar of the occupiers were destroyed. Additionally, a mortar and a vehicle were damaged.

In the Kurakhove direction, there have been 31 combat clashes reported so far today. The occupiers maintain high activity, attempting to advance in the areas of the settlements of Petropavlivka, Slavyanka, Yasynove, Kurakhove, Andriivka, and Dachne. Defense Forces have repelled 24 enemy attacks, with seven still ongoing.

In the Vremivka direction, there have been 34 combat clashes. Our defenders have already stopped 33 enemy assaults in the areas of Konstantynivka, Yantarnyi, Konstantinopil, Razliv, Velyka Novosilka, Novosilka, Blahodatne, and Vremivka. One attack is still ongoing. The enemy has also used aviation in the areas of Vremivka and Burlatsky.

In the Orikhiv direction, our defenders successfully repelled two enemy attempts to advance near Novodanilivka.

Twice, the occupiers unsuccessfully tried to push our Defense Forces from their positions in the Dniprovskyi direction.

Twenty-six combat clashes occurred today in the Kursk direction, with three clashes still ongoing. Throughout the day, the enemy carried out 420 artillery shellings.

In the Huliaipole direction, the enemy has not conducted any active operations since the start of the day.

Russian Losses in the War

According to the General Staff, since the beginning of the full-scale war against Ukraine, Russia has lost over 779 thousand military personnel.

Just in the past day, the Defense Forces eliminated another 1,600 Russian occupiers, as well as destroyed 4 tanks, 8 armored fighting vehicles, 10 artillery systems, and other enemy equipment.
