On the night of January 10, 2025, unidentified drones attacked at least five regions of the Russian Federation. Fires broke out in several of these areas.

This information was reported by RBK-Ukraine citing Russian Telegram channels.

The first reports emerged regarding explosions in the Rostov region. According to Russian channels, several settlements were targeted. In particular, in the village of Krym, it appears that a drone strike hit the "PlastFaktor" factory. Relevant footage has been shared online.

By morning, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported that air defense forces allegedly shot down 40 drones, 16 of which were directly in the Rostov region.

Another location where fire footage surfaced was the city of Gatchina in the Leningrad region. The SHOT channel reports that local residents heard dull explosions, after which a massive column of smoke was visible several kilometers away from the incident site. The fire in the industrial zone started around 6 AM on Industrial Street. The exact causes of the incident remain unknown.

After some time, the Ministry of Emergency Situations confirmed that a building in the industrial zone is burning over an area of 1,600 square kilometers in the Leningrad region. There have been no reports of injuries.

The latest attack location from which footage has been shared online is Krasnodar Krai. According to the video’s author, an unidentified drone struck an artillery brigade of the Russian army.

It is worth noting that on the night of January 8, explosions were heard in Engels, Saratov region, followed by a fire at an oil depot. The region's governor, Roman Busargin, confirmed that the fire at the industrial facility was caused by debris from a drone. As of the evening of January 8, the fire had still not been extinguished.
