On the night of February 22, the Kirovohrad region was subjected to airstrikes using drones. As a result of the enemy attack, there was a "hit" on a company building near Kropyvnytskyi.
This was reported by RBK-Ukraine, citing the head of the Kirovohrad Regional Military Administration Andriy Raikovych.
"The enemy drone attack once again did not spare our region. There has been a hit on one of the enterprises in the Kropyvnytskyi district," the official stated.
The head of the OVA informed that due to the Russian airstrike in the Kirovohrad region, there were no casualties or injuries.
He also added that relevant services are continuing to work at the site of the drone strike to eliminate the consequences.
As previously reported, in the evening prior, air raid alerts were declared in Kyiv and several regions due to the threat of enemy attacks using strike drones.
On the evening of February 21, air defense forces were active in Kyiv due to a "Shahed" attack. Air defense was operational in various areas of the capital.
It later became known that a fire broke out in the Solomianskyi district of Kyiv due to falling debris from a drone.
Additionally, in the Boryspil district of Kyiv region, a worker of Ukrzaliznytsia died due to falling drone debris. A fire also occurred in a warehouse, damaging buildings, a kindergarten, an educational institution, shops, and vehicles.
In the morning of February 22, the State Emergency Service showed photos of the aftermath of the night drone strike on the Kyiv region.
