This information comes from RBK-Ukraine, citing a statement by the spokesperson of the Joint Forces Operation "Khortytsia," Viktor Trehubov.

In the Pokrovsk direction, the occupiers attacked the defensive positions of the Defense Forces near the settlements of Vodyane-2, Yelizavetovka, Kotlino, Promin, Peshchane, Serhiyivka, Andriyivka, and Ulakly.

"The enemy is trying to exploit its numerical advantage and continue the offensive. Heavy fighting is ongoing," the spokesperson noted.

Situation in the Pokrovsk direction

Over the past day, there have been 90 combat clashes on the front. Ukrainian soldiers struck at areas where the enemy was concentrated.

In particular, Ukrainian defenders halted 29 assaults by the Russians in the Pokrovsk direction.

Additionally, the fighting for Pokrovsk is ongoing. This area is considered one of the most "active." As previously noted by the UK Ministry of Defense, the Russians are focused on cutting off the logistics of the Armed Forces of Ukraine near Pokrovsk. This focus is reflected in significant enemy losses.
